I was fortunate to be born into a family where Jewish and Zionist values were paramount. My mother instilled in me Jewish values, and my father taught me about Zionism. At the age of 16, my father left his family with only a passport and a ticket to Israel from Iran. His commitment at such a young age was to fight, protect, and build his beloved nation, ensuring that Jews would never again be cast off from their country, Israel. He fulfilled this commitment as a lone soldier in the Israeli army. 

As a psychotherapist who has also worked extensively in non-profit organizations, establishing agencies and creating programs for communities in need, I have always known that my work for Israel and our people would continue. 

When the tragedies of October 7th occurred, I realized that immediate action was necessary. I established the Generation 2 Generation Foundation as a testament to the generations before us, such as my father and others who built and protected our nation. It is now our generation's responsibility to continue their legacy by safeguarding our nation and preparing it for future generations.

Once the non-profit status of Generation 2 Generation Foundation was completed, I traveled to Israel to explore its direction. Many wonderful non-profits are doing great work there. I visited injured soldiers in hospitals, volunteered in various places, and frequently visited the Nova Festival Site. It quickly became apparent that we need to protect this generation and that we cannot afford to lose any more lives.

I began visiting different units on the borders of Gaza and Lebanon to assess their needs and began purchasing life-saving devices to protect the precious lives of our soldiers, committing to cover all costs to ensure that 100% of donations go directly to supporting our soldiers. I also committed to providing these essential materials immediately. 

I am grateful for the support of our generous donors who have made it possible to support and protect our brave soldiers. Together, we will continue to honor the legacy of our forebears and ensure the safety of our nation. Forever, Am Israel Chai!
